Like most people working from home I did not have a correct office chair. After a few weeks my lower back started to hurt very bad. Of course I reached for pain killers immediately for a quick fix and I bought a new chair. They did not work permanently.
Julia gave me a massage, working on my legs more than my back. After one session the stiffness had gone and after the second session the pain left and has not returned. She is a natural.
